What is different about this demo
The other AIB demos answer from articles somebody wrote. This one does not. Every listing answer comes from the portal's own database, through five questions the portal wrote and reviewed: search listings, one listing in full, what is nearby, new projects, and the market overview.
The assistant fills in the blanks — an area, a price, a number of bedrooms. It never sees the SQL, never writes SQL, and is never told the database exists. The connection is held by the Box, is read-only, and is never given to a package.
The order is the portal's, not the assistant's. Featured and bumped listings come first
because that is what the portal's own ORDER BY says, so paid placement is true by
construction rather than something a model was asked to respect.
A map link goes to the map already on the visitor's phone. Nothing here serves map tiles.
The photograph in each answer is a column in the portal's own table, the way a real portal holds one URL per listing from its own storage. ⚠ In this sample it is one of seven watermarked stand-ins chosen by the type of property, because none of these houses exists.
Try the concierge
Click a question to copy it, then press Ask PropertyAxis at the bottom right and paste it into the chat.
The questions marked in red should be turned down politely. The concierge does not do affordability, valuation or negotiation, and the last one was sold and taken off the portal — a listing that is gone from the database is gone from the answer, which is the whole point of reading it live.
